EPISODE 21 – Flying on a Giant Bat

Our fantasy heroes are heading back to Mithra, the town where no-one can lie, on the back of a giant bat. But how high are they flying and how bad is Gregory the DM’s understanding of basic physics?

What will they find in the previously-peaceful town now that terrible matters seem to be growing right across the sleepy lands of Gregoria?

This episode is chock-full of references to Lord of the Rings, Father Ted, Call of Chthulu and very cheap innuendo. It contains a “Previously On…” section to help you keep up.

Great news for Chagrin the Dwarf fighter this week as our heroes just meet dwarf after dwarf after dwarf. But what are all these dwarves up to? And why do some of them seem to idolise Tyth the Warlock so much?

This episode features references to Primer, Highlander, and the Pokemon series two episode “Meowth Rules!”, as well as the usual Tolkien fantasy stuff.

EPISODE 17 – The Greenskin War Begins

Only our magical heroes could turn taking a swim and cooking dinner into a full-on war between Goblins and Frog People. But they do. Somehow. Chagrin the Dwarf Warrior is overjoyed to join the goblins with a cry of “Short Legs Good, Long Legs Bad”. Tyth and Morag despair.

This week keen eyes will spot references to Animal Farm, Indiana Jones and Predator as well as the usual Tolkein, Dragonlance and Highlander homages.
